I cannot possibly stress enough the quality of Jack Custom Jewelry. Not only is he an absolute delight to work with but he is a master of his craft. I had an unfortunate experience with a different designer creating an engagement ring that forced me to scramble to find a new designer. After contacting 20+ designers who said they were unable to meet my requests, Jack Custom Jewelry took me on as a client and did a better job than I could have ever imagined. Highlights include:
1. Agreeing to and executing on a tight timeline during the Jewelry's industry's busiest time of year
2. Agreeing to and executing on the incorporation of meteorite into my engagement ring (something all other designers said was way too difficult to agree to)
3. Meeting with me regularly to provide live updates and show me the design progress
4. Staying exactly within my budget (absolutely no billing surprises)
5. Developing one of the most unique, challenging, and beautiful pieces of jewelry I have ever seen
You are lucky to have even clicked this review as this is probably one of the best designers to work with in the US. I can't recommend enough.

Kevin has a customer for life based on my experience designing my (soon to be wife’s) engagement ring as well as both of our wedding bands. I had a vision of the ring I wanted but couldn’t quite communicate it to anyone properly. Kevin listened and asked great questions, nailing that vision from the beginning. When making subtle changes after he was more than receptive and would advise on how to get the effect I wanted while ensuring the rings’ durability. Kevin Jack did an absolutely amazing job of designing a ring for me! My mom left me two of her rings when she passed away last November. They were not the style ring I would wear. I contacted Kevin and we met and he helped me to think of a design that would look good using the diamonds from my mother’s rings. He was very conscientious of keeping me up-to-date on all parts of the design. He helped me to think about all the things I was envisioning and was able to show me these ideas with his 3D rendering video of the design. I love my ring and plan to have him design a few more pieces using the remaining diamonds!
